Cancellation Policy

Monthly Memberships

Monthly Mail Club memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled.

You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the following month's edition, your cancellation must be submitted before your next renewal date.

If you cancel after your renewal has already been processed, your cancellation will take effect for the following month. The current month's payment will not be refunded if that month's edition has already been processed.

At this time, we do not offer the ability to pause a Mail Club membership.

If you need to change your mailing address, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably before the 10th of the month to ensure the change can be made before the next edition is prepared.
