By purchasing from Caroline den Dulk, or subscribing to The Storybook Post mail club you agree to the following terms.

 

General

All products sold through The Storybook Post are handmade original watercolor illustrations or printed reproductions thereof. Every item is created with care and may contain natural variations in color, texture, and detail that are characteristic of handmade work and not considered defects.

 

Intellectual Property

​

All artwork, illustrations, characters, stories, and designs created by Caroline den Dulk (trade name Caroline Faith Art) are the exclusive intellectual property of Caroline den Dulk. The purchase of a print, original, or subscription does not transfer any reproduction rights, commercial rights, or ownership of the underlying artwork. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or use any artwork for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Accuracy

The Storybook Post makes every effort to accurately represent products through photography and description. Colors may appear slightly different on screen than in person due to monitor settings and the nature of watercolor printing. This does not constitute grounds for a return or refund.

 

Limitation of Liability

​

The Storybook Post is not liable for damages caused by postal delays, lost mail, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

 

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our shop or subscription constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
