Processing Time
All The Storybook Post orders are mailed via USPS first class using standard postage. Because these are mailed as stamped envelopes, tracking is not included. Mail club editions are processed on a set schedule and mailed on or around the 15th of each month.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Please allow 4 to 14 business days for delivery after your order has been processed. Mail club editions are sent with a stamp and do not include tracking in order to keep memberships affordable. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and USPS processing times.
Please note that the date your envelope is mailed is not necessarily the date it will arrive.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via standard international post. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Mail club editions are sent with a stamp and do not include tracking in order to keep memberships affordable. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and USPS processing times.

Lost or Delayed Mail
If your Mail Club envelope has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at carolinefaithart@gmail.com
Because Mail Club editions are sent without tracking, we may not be able to determine the exact location of a delayed envelope. However, I’ll be happy to work with you to replace missing items when possible.
